Ralph M. Randazzo is a Partner in Randazzo & Randazzo, LLP, a firm with offices in New York City and Huntington, Long Island.
He is admitted to practice law in New York, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
Ralph has extensive experience in elder law, estate planning, guardianship, Medicare and Medicaid, taxation, and has been the court appointed guardian to several incapacitated individuals.
His firm concentrates in the areas of life and estate planning, elder law, planning for disabilities, probate, and guardianship.
Ralph is a member of the Board of Directors of SAGE, the past Chairman of the Taxation Law Committee of the Suffolk County Bar Association, former Treasurer and Board Member of the Lesbian and Gay Law Association of Greater New York, a Member of the Legal Problems of the Aging Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and a member of the Elder Law, Taxation Law and Surrogates Court Committees of the Suffolk County Bar Association.
Ralph is the author of Elder Law and Estate Planning for Gay and Lesbian Individuals and Couples, Marquette Elders Advisor, Volume 6, Number 1, Fall 2004.
In addition, Ralph is a frequent lecturer for Bar Associations, community groups and special interest groups on issues of elder law, estate planning and the special considerations for attorneys working with Lesbian and Gay persons.
