With a 20-year career in the military, a strong love for organization, and his analytical nature, Rick de Beauclair is the perfect match to oversee all operational and administrative functions at Christopher Street Financial. His priority is to ensure everything is done correctly and accurately while providing outstanding client service.
Rick works diligently behind the scenes managing the firm’s business-oriented tasks. He spends his time implementing systems and processes to enhance the firm’s overall efficiency and workflow. One of the first projects Rick tackled upon coming on board was updating the firm’s document management system by transforming the firm into a paperless office.
Originally from Lancaster, California, Rick joined Christopher Street Financial in 2003 after leaving a healthcare business in which he experienced homophobia. Though he was out, he sought a company where he could be himself and be involved in the LGBT community. When he landed at Christopher Street, he found home.
Rick spent his military career in the United States Air Force working in the military healthcare system stationed at bases in Alaska, California, Florida, Germany and Belgium. His final assignment before retiring was working for the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies from the University of Maryland - University College.
Honest, loyal and funny, Rick takes pride in his military training and the high standards he brings to his work at Christopher Street. His reliability and dedication have ensured top quality service for both clients and the CSF team.
Rick completed his first marathon in 2010 at the age of 49. He spends his free time biking, hiking, traveling and enjoying wine with his friends. He lives in Weehawken, New Jersey with his miniature Dachshund, Oliver.
